Dubbo Venue Change

ANNOUNCEMENT: Change of venue! Unfortunately we are no longer holding the Dubbo Flix in the Stix event tonight at the beautiful Lazy River Estate. Dubbo Regional Theatre is the NEW VENUE getting all geared up for a night of films and music! A few things to remember: if you haven’t already bought tickets we are SOLD OUT, no chairs, prams (will be stored in foyer) or beverages are allowed inside and your full picnic spread will have to stay in the fridge (only snacks are allowed). Infants under 6 years old will need to have a ticket for entry. Only patrons who have pre- purchased a family ticket will be permitted entry with a child under 6 upon purchasing an extra children’s ticket. Tickets are not required for children under 18 months. We sincerely apologise for the dampener but look forward to a great night out with all our ticket holders. We kick off tonight at 6:30pm with entertainment to commence at 7:15pm.

Dubbo & Orange Ticket Sales suspended

We would like to advise that due to current poor weather in the Dubbo & Orange Regions and the fact that we have reached capacity for both indoor venues, ticket sales have been suspended. We have both the Dubbo Regional Theatre & the Orange Civic Theatre on hold in the event that the poor weather continues. The decision to move indoors will be made by lunchtime Friday (Dubbo) & lunchtime Saturday (Orange). The announcement will be made here on Facebook, on the website or patrons can call 0478 679 559 for a recorded message. If the weather clears and we remain outdoors, tickets will be available at the gate from 6:30pm for both events. We apologise for any inconvenience this may cause.

Dubbo & Orange Events On-sale

The first of the 2012 Optus Flix in the Stix tour events go on-sale today with the Dubbo event (Lazy River Estate) to be staged on 3rd February & the Orange event (Botanic Gardens) to be staged on Saturday 4th February. Both events enjoyed a great response in early 2011 with large audiences being treated to a great collection of award winning short films & former Hunters & Collectors frontman, Mark Seymour performing live under the stars. An event not to be missed in 2012 - so we encourage anyone interested to secure their spot by purchasing their tickets soon.
