GETTING THERE & PARKING

By car: click here for map. There is ample parking on-site (unmetered at night) 

Get a lift: There is a drop-off & pick-up point at the venue.

FOOD & BEVERAGE

Please take this opportunity to pack your own picnic. Try and make it as easy as possible to prepare and eat when you're at the event. If packing a picnic sounds too difficult, why not purchase an Optus Lawn Lounge ticket (which includes a woodfired pizza) or simply purchase a woodfired pizza on-site on the night. Movie snacks, tea & coffee along with the all important movie accompaniment - hot buttery popcorn - will also be available.

The event is fully licensed and therefore BYO alcohol is not permitted. We will have a great range of Cumulus wines available on the night along with some of the finest craft beers this country can offer - Little Creatures. Pipsqueak cider will also be available. Bar prices are very reasonable so please do us the courtesy of providing for this aspect of your evening. Softdrinks and water also available from the Flix bar.

What to BrinG

• Deck chair, picnic rug, cushions, blanket, beanbags - whatever you need to make your tush comfortable.
• All your family and friends along with your best singing voice.
• Dinner & non-alcoholic drinks. Pack a picnic & dine out under the stars.
• A warm jumper or jacket - just in case mother nature sends her greetings....

What not to BrinG

• No professional cameras, videos or recording equipment.
• Please avoid bringing glass of any kind. 
• Alcohol. This is a fully licensed event.

When life throws you lemons, make lemonade....

We'll either shift the event indoors for a more intimate (but just as memorable) evening or we will postpone to a later date (tickets will be valid for either change however refunds will be provided if you are unable to make a new date). Updates will be available from the Canberra homepage of our website, our Facebook page or by calling the Flix weather hotline (0478 679 559). A decision to change venue will only be made at midday on the day of the event. 

In the event that we move indoors, some conditions of entry may change. All this information will be provided on the above mediums.
